Minecraft Releases New Chaos Cubed Update

After being announced back in March 2026, Minecraft has finally released the Chaos Cubed update for both the Bedrock and Java editions of the game, bringing a slew of new content and fixes. Minecraft made a big appearance at the latest Nintendo Direct, revealing that Mojang's blocky sandbox title is getting an official Switch 2 port later this year.

Mojang continues to support the ever-enduring Minecraft with new updates and ports. Just recently, the studio announced that Minecraft is getting an official Switch 2 port, featuring advanced lighting, volumetric fog, and a stable 60 frames per second. There is still no firm release date for the Switch 2 port, but the developer has a brand new update for the game on all platforms.
