The Final Fantasy franchise is best known for many things: its characters, world building, art design, music, and much more. As for 1997's Final Fantasy VII, it is no exception. Marking the seventh main installment in the Square Enix RPG franchise, Final Fantasy VII is considered one of the best as it follows Cloud Strife and his allies who must stop a world-controlling megacorporation. However, when their journey sees them in pursuit of superhuman, Sephiroth, they soon realize that the threat is much bigger than they had first thought.
Now, in recent years, Square Enix has treated fans to the Final Fantasy VII Remake, which currently consists of the first game, and its second, Final Fantasy VII Rebirth. Now, with the third and final entry, Final Fantasy VII Revelation, expected to launch some time next year.
However, before then, Final Fantasy fans have something else to look forward to thanks to one December release. Final Fantasy: Heroes Of Midgar is the debut album of the Eikon String Quartet, with the album aiming to highlight the character themes of Final Fantasy VII.
