The very first LEGO set based on Dragon Ball Z may have just leaked online. According to some recent rumors, the first Dragon Ball Z LEGO set will be based on Shenron, the franchise's magical dragon mascot.
Serving as a direct sequel to the 1986 Dragon Ball series, Dragon Ball Z first aired in Japan in 1989, and then aired in the United States in 1996. As any fan will know, Dragon Ball Z continues the adventures of Goku and sees the rise of his son, Gohan, with the duo and their respective allies facing off against an assortment of otherworldly threats over the course of the series' almost 300 episodes. While Dragon Ball Z came to an end after its ninth season, it was succeeded by a handful of shows in the 1990s, 2010s, and 2020s, including Dragon Ball GT, Dragon Ball Super, and the more recent Dragon Ball Daima. Of course, Dragon Ball Z has also served as the primary inspiration for a wealth of video game adaptations, with the most recent being Dragon Ball: Sparking! Zero.
