LEGO Fan Shares Impressive GameCube MOC With Controller

A LEGO fan shared their impressive custom GameCube build, complete with a controller and disk storage. Although LEGO has some official sets that recreate retro gaming hardware, the brick brand has not released many fan-favorite consoles from days past. As a result, some builders take matters into their own hands and pay them tribute in brick form.

Launched in 2001, the GameCube remains one of Nintendo's best consoles of all time. The console was home to some legendary titles, like the first Pikmin or Metroid Prime. While it was not as successful as its contemporary rivals, such as the PlayStation 2, the purple hardware still holds a special place in the hearts of veteran gamers. Thanks to Nintendo Switch Online, some classic GameCube games have been able to make a comeback, but fans often find other ways to bring the console back to life. One GameCube fan decided to recreate it from scratch using LEGO.
