Today, Asetek Racing has announced it is bringing a new sim racing wheelbase to the market that will add to its extensive ecosystem of setups. The next wheelbase in the Asetek Racing line is the Initium DD10, as it delivers direct drive performance and genuine cross-platform freedom and compatibility for racers. While Asetek Racing has officially announced this new wheelbase, the full details will come at a later date. This will launch in Q4 2026, and it will be compatible with both Xbox and PC, so no PlayStation or Switch support. This is still a win to have more wheelbases in the console ecosystem, and Xbox could use some more options.
