Cyberpunk 2077's meteoric success and critical acclaim have allowed it to garner an enormous fan base, one that is endlessly hungry for new content, updates, DLCs, and sequels. When CD Projekt Red was actively developing Cyberpunk 2077, producing huge new patches and massive content updates, fans were understandably satisfied. When CD Projekt Red released the massive spy-thriller-focused DLC, Phantom Liberty, fans were satisfied. However, now that the developer is all but done with the game, there's little left to look forward to.
Of course, there have been new Cyberpunk 2077 projects since then, but these, while absolutely exciting, haven't quite managed to elicit the same kind of enthusiasm and hype as those aforementioned updates and DLC.
