Though it had a bit of a rocky launch in the grand scheme of things, Diablo IV really is still one of the absolute standouts in the genre. It's also really continued to get better over the last few years, with both of the most recent expansions doing a great job of advancing the narrative, as well as the gameplay features on offer to players.
There are definitely areas where the game could still be improved, but fundamentally, it's very solid these days, and well worth trying if you're yet to do so.
