Dune Officially Returns July 2026 With Bloodlines

Frank Herbert's Dune has achieved unforeseen new success in modern media thanks to Denis Villeneuve's incredible film adaptations, which brought the deserts of Arrakis to the big screen and opened up the incredible story to millions of new fans. With the third and final entry in Villeneuve's saga on the near horizon and the success of HBO's Dune: Prophecy, hype for the franchise is at an all-time high.

Further, while Dune: Awakening's player-base may have dwindled in recent months, Funcom's console launch announcement at this year's Summer Game Fest and the potential for full cross-platform support at some point indicate the game's future is bright.
