The announcement of League of Legends Classic was genuinely a pretty special moment for longtime fans of the game, as they saw their own chance to relive the glory days in the same way WoW players already have (several times over).
We've now also had a chance to look at the new mode in action, thanks to a very nostalgic show match at the recent Mid-Season Invitational, and overall, it looked pretty great. One thing that was unclear is just how many mod cons Riot would elect to include in the game to keep more recent players happy, while at the same time retaining the original experience.
