Nintendo Switch 2 owners will finally get the chance to try out FromSoftware's upcoming soulslike The Duskbloods during a Closed Network Test scheduled for August 21-24. The Duskbloods is confirmed to be a Nintendo Switch 2 exclusive game with both PvP and PvE gameplay elements. Fans interested in participating in this Closed Network Test can sign up for the chance to be included starting on July 22.
Originally revealed during the Nintendo Switch 2 Direct in April 2025, The Duskbloods marks the first Nintendo-exclusive FromSoftware game in 23 years. The game is set during the Twilight of Humanity, where characters called the Bloodsworn take part in a competition for First Blood. Players get to take on the role of these Bloodsworn in multiplayer matches of up to eight players where they will fight against each other as well as NPC enemies.
The Duskbloods will be FromSoftware's second co-op game in a row after Elden Ring Nightreign, but make no mistake: they are quite different.
