While PlayStation Plus Extra games used to be added all at once, June saw Sony begin to experiment with how titles in this tier are distributed. That experimentation with PS Plus will continue in July, as though all the Extra games for the month have been revealed, only one is dropping alongside the announcement day of July 15.
For the month of July 2026, PS Plus Extra is adding Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora, Rise of the Ronin, Firefighting Simulator: Ignite, Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: Rita’s Rewind, Dying Light, Snow Bros. Wonderlands, and Citizen Sleeper 2. Additionally, PS Plus Premium will be getting Psi-Ops: The Mindgate Conspiracy and Indigo Prophecy. The release dates for July 2026’s PS Plus Extra games are as follows:
Japanese PS Plus players actually get access to Rise of the Ronin on July 15. Additionally, both PS Plus Premium games drop on July 21.
