New Co-Op Survival Game Launches to Strong, 87% Very Positive Reviews

A brand-new 8-player co-op survival game, where players try to survive a convergence of tornadoes, has hit Steam and received some strong reviews at launch. For anyone who enjoys co-op games on Steam, especially those that lean more toward friendslop, it's a game worth watching.

Of course, it seems that there's been nothing short of a massive surge in co-op friendslop games. A recently announced once involves players being the worst airline crew on a ship, a recent one in FixForce is incredibly fun and involves playful construction work, and viral hit Meccha Chameleon fits into this genre too. There's probably something to be said about the influx of co-op games in a post-COVID pandemic world, but the latest Steam release accomplishes what they all set out to do: Dumb. Fun.

PS5 owners will be able to enjoy a brand new farming simulator that's similar to Stardew Valley when it releases on September 24.
