In Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree's final fight against Consort Radahn, Miquella can grab you and mutter vague promises about their new Age of Compassion. When this happens, a golden crown will appear floating above your head, this is their supposed "blessing".
If you get grabbed twice, you will have your heart literally stolen and die.
If you explore the optional areas leading up to this confrontation, you'll find St. Trina, their discarded half. They ask you to kill Miquella after a handful of sacrifices for good measure, but if you do, they both die.
Since launch, the community has been trying to save or at least revive St. Trina. To this end, one fan crossed the entire realm of shadow starting from Enir-Ilim, plunging into the Stone Coffin Fissure to bring Miquella's blessing to their other half in the hopes that it might spark something. Nothing happened.
