In an incredible custom build, LEGO's 3-in-1 Sea Animals: Beautiful Dolphins 31385 set is turned into a big Hatsune Miku figure without using additional pieces. One of the perks of collecting and building LEGO is that one doesn't have to abide by the rules of the instructions and can instead make whatever they want. This can be applied to the new LEGO Smart Bricks, despite the fact that they make sounds or effects based on specific characters, items, vehicles, and so forth from a given IP. For example, Star Wars lightsaber sounds could be used on LEGO cars.
Options are virtually endless for creating anything one wants. For example, a fan recently turned LEGO's Halloween Pumpkin Lantern set into Pokemon's Charmander, all while keeping the lantern's piece providing light as the iconic critter's flame on the tip of its tail. There are multiple such cases online, and MOC builds (short for "my own creation") have become very popular within the community. As such, it doesn't come as a surprise that a whole Hatsune Miku MOC became so popular in a short span of time.
