The franchise has enjoyed nine main generations of games, sequels, spin-offs, anime releases, and products of all kinds, and it's one of the most successful in the world. Pokemon fans are now waiting for Generation 10, which will allegedly release in late 2027.

Several games are getting special events and promotions to honor the 30th anniversary, and Pokemon TCG even got a dedicated set with great pull rates.
