Despite the Wilds duology currently consisting of two titles, The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild and The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, and with a third one believed to be on the way, it is actually uncommon for Nintendo to offer direct sequels to entries in The Legend of Zelda series.
Despite titles such as Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask being considered some of the greatest video games of all time, Nintendo did not continue their stories, instead making sure that the Zelda franchise continues to span across eras, artstyles, and gameplay styles, with the Wilds duology being the outlier.
However, it seems as though fans have taken matters into their own hands to keep some of the more classic Zelda entries alive, as Justice 2 Free has revealed The Legend of Zelda: The Glass of Fate, a fanmade game that serves as a sequel to both Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask.
Featuring nostalgic Nintendo 64-inspired graphics, The Legend of Zelda: The Glass of Fate was created on the open-source game engine, Godot, and as a free-to-use program, it is incredible to see the amount of love that has been poured into this project....
