Whether it managed to get its hooks into you personally or not, Hogwarts Legacy is factually one of the most successful games of the current generation. The last count had it selling more than 40 million copies across all platforms, a total that only the very biggest games in the genre can beat, and one that very few debuts ever manage to hit.
As such, it was no surprise at all to hear that a sequel had been ordered, with development on that now underway at Warner Bros. Games and Avalanche Studios.
