A multiplayer spin-off of Control, currently known as Codename Condor, is being playtested at Remedy. This is after the game entered full production earlier this year, with the project now in a playable state.
This comes from Remedy's latest investors report, giving us a better idea of what the studio is working on behind the scenes. As spotted by Reddit user Electricman37cz, the report gives us a quick update on Codename Condor, stating that it's currently undergoing both internal and external playtesting.
"Codename Condor is in full production," reads the report. "The development team has worked on multiple maps and different mission types, and we have organized a growing amount of internal and limited external playtesting for feature validation and feedback."
Alongside the Max Payne remake, Condor is now in full production. It remains to be seen when Remedy is ready to show it off to the public, but at the very least, we know now that the game is playable at a basic level.
