Square Enix is hosting a new sale on the Nintendo eShop, offering the lowest prices ever for Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth and several other major games from the publisher. Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth was released on PS5 in 2024 as a timed exclusive, but Square Enix has slowly made it available on additional platforms. The game is the second chapter in a trilogy, following the release of Final Fantasy 7 Remake in 2020.
Final Fantasy 7 Revelation's massive Switch 2 file size makes game-key cards look like the worst compromise between physical and digital games.
Final Fantasy 7 Revelation comes out in 2027, and it seems Square Enix might want to get fans up to speed before the final game in the trilogy is released. During a new sale on the Nintendo eShop, Final Fantasy 7 Remake Intergrade has been marked down to $7.99, while Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth is now $7.49. In addition to the base games, the deluxe editions for both chapters in the remake trilogy have been given discounts, alongside titles such as Dragon Quest Monsters: The Dark Prince and all six Final Fantasy Pixel Remasters.
