Niantic has shared a new Pokemon GO promo code that players can redeem for two variants of an exclusive in-game t-shirt. As per usual, these Pokemon GO freebies are available for a limited time only.
The t-shirts themselves are meant to commemorate Pokemon GO 2024 World Championships, which kicked off on August 16 in Honolulu, Hawaii. Niantic is celebrating the eSports competition with a dedicated in-game event running in parallel.

During its Pokemon GO 2024 World Championships livestream on August 16, Niantic shared a new promo code, A6NEWU63K9AU8, that players can redeem for an event-themed t-shirt. While the code can be used straight from the game, it can also be redeemed via the Pokemon GO Web Store. Doing so will provide players with two variants of the t-shirt, one for both male and female avatars. Both are adorned by the cute scuba diving Pikachu used as the mascot of this year's Pokemon World Championships.
