After a challenging major order, Helldivers 2 autocompletes it and rewards those who avoided finding ways to cheat. Arrowhead has been under some pressure as of late as Helldivers 2 players continue to air their grievances at the current state of the game. After a hot start earlier this year, Helldivers 2 has struggled with the game's balance, nerfing builds and weapons the community has found the fun in, resulting in review bomb campaigns on Steam and plenty more controversy in the months following.
Earlier this month, Helldivers 2 released the Escalation of Freedom update, a huge patch that added new content while fixing bugs and again attempting to balance various parts of the game. While some of the adjustments, namely to fire and flamethrower weapons, haven't been well received, players continue to log in and impact the game's overarching story. As a live-service title, Helldivers 2 is constantly giving players things to do through Major orders, and the latest one provided to be so challenging that there were some in the community who resorted to cheating to get the task done.
