Genshin Impact Version 5.0 will have a special treat for players who complete a certain quest line in the expansion. The eagerly awaited update expands the world of Genshin into the Natlan region. With the new region's release in Genshin Impact 5.0 arrive a slew of new quests, locations, and, of course, characters. In a surprising move, one of these new characters will be available for free to players.
The 4-star Geo character Kachina can be obtained by completing the second Act of Natlan's Archon Quest, as confirmed by Genshin Universe on X (formerly Twitter, via Game Rant). Kachina will be available for free when Genshin Impact Version 5.0 launches on August 28.
Kachina will be a fine addition to any player's roster, especially in the unique environment of the new expansion. The 4-star Genshin Impact character fights using a polearm, though she can also summon her special drill weapon in battle. Though she'll be available for free, players will find it worth their time to level Kachina up to unlock her full potential.
