Trophy Support Coming for Recent PS Plus Premium Additions

The recently added Timesplitters trilogy on PS Plus Premium is confirmed to get trophy support sometime in the future, as per developer Deep Silver. This is a welcome development, as the three Timesplitters games missed out on dedicated trophy lists when they were released on PS Plus Premium earlier this week.

Originally developed by Free Radical Design and released in the early 2000s, the Timesplitters trilogy is counted among some of the best FPS games of the PS2 generation. There was a fourth Timesplitters game in the works as well, but was unfortunately shelved back in 2008. Ever since then, Timesplitters fans have been clamoring for the series to be shown more care, whether by bringing the classic games forward or with a new entry altogether.

This coming Tuesday, August 20 is set to be a particularly big day for PlayStation Plus Premium subscribers.
