Honkai: Star Rail Leak Reveals Scrapped Fire Version of Herta

A leak from Honkai: Star Rail is showing off a scrapped Fire element kit for popular four-star character Herta from the game's earliest testing periods. While the HoYoverse RPG offers plenty of characters for players to pick up through the game's gacha banners, a select few characters are given to players as a free reward early in the game. Both March 7th and Dan Heng are gifted to players during the progression of the main story, while Herta is given to players for unlocking the Simulated Universe. However, a recent leak is showing an earlier version of a free character.

Throughout Honkai: Star Rail's development, the RPG has seen plenty of scrapped characters and gameplay kits. Among the most notorious early scrapped kits was for a character given the codename "Dracula," consuming their allies' HP in order to deal more Physical Damage to enemies. Many fans have speculated that Dracula may have eventually been reworked into Blade, who also saw a scrapped early version placing the Stellaron Hunter as a Wind element character. Now, a new leak is teasing an early scrapped version of Herta sporting a different element.
