The LEGO Harry Potter Collection is back in a big way so fans of the ever-popular games should prepare to pick up their wands and once again track down every collectible in Hogwarts. LEGO games are fairly hit-or-miss in how they're received by players with some of Traveller's Tales' earlier entries, like LEGO Star Wars, being revered over duds like LEGO The Incredibles. The community widely agrees that the studio's blocky take on Harry Potter was one of the franchise's peaks, so it's great to see them looking better than ever.
Per an announcement trailer on YouTube, LEGO Harry Potter Collection Remastered once again bundles both individual games (LEGO Harry Potter Years 1-4 and LEGO Harry Potter Years 5-7) into a single package that's received a graphical overhaul.
The remaster includes a native 4K resolution upgrade, 60FPS, haptic feedback functionality, and high-resolution shadow maps, meaning every adventure will look better than ever before. The new LEGO Harry Potter Collection arrives on October 8 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.
