In a recent interview, Final Fantasy 14 director and producer Naoki Yoshida said that Creative Studio 3 is working on an unannounced, "small-scale" project. The Final Fantasy 14 lead also stated that this project differed from their ongoing commitments, which included the development of Fantasian: Neo Dimension alongside Mistwalker.
The project tease is just one of a few things that Yoshida and Creative Studio 3 are handling. In addition to developing patch content for Final Fantasy 14: Dawntrail, the developers are also finalizing the release of Final Fantasy 16's long-awaited PC port. Slated to launch on September 17, the PC version of Final Fantasy 16 will arrive just over a year after its original PS5 release. PC players looking to try out Final Fantasy 16 on Steam or Epic Games Store can download a free demo and see how it performs on their gaming rigs. However, the Final Fantasy 16 demo will require at least 16GB of available SSD storage.
