The F2P MOBA that dominates the rest of the world on phones is now F2P and on the Nintendo Switch. Can it do the same for Nintendo's device? It would be a mistake to call Arena of Valor just a League of Legends clone. It's arguably one of the largest games in the world with well over 100 million players playing it at any given time on their iOS and Android based devices. But today marks a significant step for Arena of Valor from Tencent in the Western market, as it's launched officially on the Nintendo Switch as the console's premiere MOBA.
