PS5 Pro Teased For PlayStation 30th Anniversary, Design Supports Previous Leak

PlayStation appears to be teasing the PlayStation 5 Pro, and it supports some leaks that have already been floating around for a while. This console generation has been slower than previous generations, likely because studios were impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic at the start of the cycle and the time to make games has increased over the last decade. With that said, going off past console generations, the PS5 and Xbox Series X/S are about halfway through their lifespan. Many have speculated that console revisions may be on the way as a result, and it seems that's about to happen.

PlayStation just announced some of its plans for its 30th anniversary and while it's nothing earth-shattering, it appears the gaming giant is hiding some bigger news in plain sight. Fans like Wario64 on X (formerly Twitter) were able to pick out a console that's never been officially announced in one of the graphics created for this news.
