According to new leaks about upcoming patches, Honkai: Star Rail 2.7 may be the longest update the game has seen since launch, and that may bring extra consequences with it. At the moment, HoYoverse’s turn-based RPG is at the start of Version 2.5, an important patch that brings forth the continuation of the story arc set on the Xianzhou Luofu as the Trailblazer and their allies attend the Wardance Festival and try to recapture the escaped prisoner called Hoolay. There are also several new playable characters in Honkai: Star Rail 2.5, including Feixiao, Moze, and Lingsha.
Looking at the future, however, it seems like one of the upcoming updates will last longer than usual. Whereas normal patches tend to last six weeks before the arrival of a new one, Version 2.7 may last seven weeks rather than the regular six. The information was provided by the leaker known as Sakura Haven, which was shared in a post tagged as “Questionable” on Reddit. The leaker highlights that the information should be taken with a grain of salt as this is only based on indications rather than concrete data from Honkai: Star Rail.
