Epic Games has updated Fortnite to buff Shuri's Black Panther Claws and nerf War Machine's Hover Jet. Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 4 introduced a variety of superhero Mythics, but these two needed some changes based on fan feedback.
Similar to Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 4, Absolute Doom includes Marvel heroes and villains and Mythic items related to them. This includes Captain America's Shield, Doctor Doom's Arcane Gauntlets, War Machine's Arsenal, and more. While some of these help with combat and mobility more than others, each Mythic allows players a unique rotation compared to seasons without superheroes. Players can find these items in Doom and Avengers Chests or by defeating hero or villain Fortnite NPCs who drop Mythics named after them. The latest update has provided a necessary buff to Shuri's Black Panther Claws and nerfed War Machine's Hover Jet.
