Dead by Daylight recently released their September Developer Update outlining all the upcoming changes hitting the game's public test build for patch 8.3.0. The Dead by Daylight patch features a long list of tweaks to several perks alongside some major updates to game mechanics and a select few killers in Dead by Daylight.

After Dead by Daylight pushed out some successful changes to some killers and perks last month, it is time once again for another patch to hit the testing servers. These major updates in patch 8.3.0 are currently hitting the public test build for a trial run before they are passed on to the live servers of the game. This gives players a chance to try out the proposed changes and how they will ultimately alter the game before the patch is fully released. Alongside this, the developers of Dead by Daylight can monitor the impact of these updates and make changes as needed prior to the full release later this month.

Dead by Daylight and Chucky fans have a new look to equip when playing as the killer doll, as the game debuts a unique outfit for the character.
