One LEGO 2K Drive DLC is currently listed for sale on Nintendo's Mexican website for thousands of dollars. LEGO 2K Drive lets players build as many vehicles as their imaginations can muster, but players could feasibly buy a used car for the price this DLC is selling for.
Released in May 2023, Visual Concepts' LEGO 2K Drive is the first title in a multi-game partnership between LEGO and publisher 2K. Since its launch nearly 16 months ago, the driving adventure game has seen mixed or average reactions from both fans and professional critics, with its colorful, open-world environments being one of its best selling points.
LEGO Fortnite and LEGO 2K Drive now both take advantage of the iconic plastic bricks for their separate vehicle customization systems.
The DLC in question is the Season 4 Coin Pack, which comes with 1,100 coins to be used in game as well as a new LEGO 2K Drive vehicle, the Public Transit Bus build.
