Not only did gamers have issues while playing multiplayer games such as Fortnite and Call of Duty for a while, but some people noticed a bug related to backward compatibility. The issue occurred when gamers tried to use backward compatible Xbox 360 and original Xbox discs on their consoles, which would not be recognized, and the players would get a message that there was a “problem getting this content.”
