Final Fantasy 16 has been locked to the PS5 ever since release back in 2023, but that's coming to an end soon thanks to the game's upcoming launch on PC. Starting on September 17, players on PC can finally experience the story of Clive, Jill, and Joshua, while there is also likely a budding modding community waiting to get their hands on the game's assets.
The debate about what actually happens to Clive has been raging for a while, but the development team doesn't plan to say one way or the other.
However, there is one particular asset that Final Fantasy 16 producer Naoki Yoshida would rather modders not play around with, as he recently expressed his desire for players to not make "offensive or inappropriate" mods when the game releases. These comments came during an interview with PC Gamer, in which Yoshia was asked whether there are any particular mods he'd like to see made.
