The Pokémon Company International has revealed a variant of the 2024 Worlds Pikachu promotional card for the Pokémon Trading Card Game, giving some who missed it the first time around a new chance to acquire it. The original version was available in August as a gift-with-purchase at select retailers, as well as at the Pokémon Center online, though it's now sold out.
The new card is an almost exact reproduction of the 2024 Worlds promo card, showcasing Pikachu and Mew in the heat of battle against a Honolulu-inspired background. Players who take part in Gym stores in Singapore, Malaysia, and the Philippines will be able to get their hands on the card from this week, beginning Sept 16 (via Pokebeach). Unfortunately for those who missed on the Worlds card, this new promo card won't feature the iconic Worlds logo.
