NPD shows Kirby, MLB, and Sea of Thieves as winners in March

NPD sales show Kirby Star Allies, MLB: The Show, and Sea of Thieves as winners - Far Cry 5 is still sitting atop the sales chart, now the top selling game of 2018 above Monster Hunter: World. Kirby came in at #4, while MLB is in 3rd, and Sea of Thieves was number 2 behind the Ubisoft juggernaut.

Sea of Thieves, despite having an average rating here at OC, still managed to sell more copies in its first month than any other Rare game EVER has. So expect Microsoft and Rare to keep trying to make this one's rep come up for the foreseeable future.

What's probably more interesting is that Ni No Kuni 2 barely cracked the top 10. Not a good sign for the excellent, but probably too niche JRPG series. Here's hoping they bring it to Switch where it can make even more sales.
