Cameron Lee, who joined Ubisoft back in 2022 as the Vice President of the Rainbow Six franchise, has reportedly departed from the company. A new report claims a reason for Lee's departure from the Rainbow Six franchise and Ubisoft is unknown, but an internal email to the company supposedly states that one of Ubisoft's most popular franchises will be left without a Vice President and Executive Producer for the time being.
With over 20 years of experience in the gaming industry, Lee has worked at some of the biggest studios around. He became a well-known name in the industry when he began working at EA as a Lead Producer on titles such as Dead Space and The Godfather, and would later go on to join Bioware before eventually departing for Bungie in 2016. Lee then became Vice President of Production for Activision in 2019 but would leave the role in 2022 to join Ubisoft's Rainbow Six franchise as Vice President and Executive Producer. But a new report now suggests Lee could be gearing up to announce a new role after almost three years at Ubisoft.
