A fan-favorite Pokémon is joining Pokémon Sleep as part of the game's Halloween festivities. While not as high-profile as Pokémon GO or the upcoming Pokémon Trading Card Game Pocket, Pokémon Sleep has a loyal user base and a steady stream of new content. With a new area for players to explore during sleep time and several new species of Pokémon, Pokémon Sleep is keeping the new content rolling by adding another new Pokémon as part of its upcoming Halloween festivities.
Mimikyu is coming to Pokémon Sleep starting on October 28th. The Ghost/Fairy-type Pokémon will appear on both the Greengrass Isle and the Old Gold Power Plant and is a Dozing-type Pokémon. Mimikyu comes with a brand-new ability - Disguise. This ability causes Mimikyu to collect a set number of Berries plus some Berries that other Pokémon on its team collect. Mimikyu will occasionally get a Great Success with its Disguise ability, which causes it to collect even more berries. A Great Success can only be triggered once after each sleep research.
