Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 developer Treyarch Studios has confirmed it will be bringing back Last Stand, a controversial perk that hasn't been seen in Call of Duty's multiplayer since the days of 2009's Modern Warfare 2. While the perk's return has disappointed Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 fans, the divisive feature is no longer a perk and has instead been adjusted into a field upgrade with a brand-new name: Morphine Injector.
With the launch of Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 now just a matter of days away, Treyarch and Activision have been publishing new blog posts each day filled with information on the upcoming shooter. October 18 saw a massive breakdown of all of the game's weapons, perks, equipment, scorestreaks, and more, revealing the return of iconic weapons such as the XM4 to new scorestreaks like the A.G.R. Mk1, a remotely piloted quick assault tank armed with a machine gun and grenade launcher.
