Black Myth: Wukong managed to impress players on PlayStation 5 and PC but now it's finally time for Xbox users to understand all the hype. When it launched in mid-2024, there was a decent amount of excitement regarding the visually stunning Soulslike but it seems doubtful that anyone expected it to be as popular as it turned out to be. Within a month, Black Myth: Wukong managed to sell over 10 million copies, making it one of the year's most popular releases, and even more players are about to find out why.
Per the official website of the Entertainment Software Rating Board (ESRB), Black Myth: Wukong has officially been rated for Xbox Series X|S, suggesting some kind of announcement is imminent. As with all leaks, fans should take this with a grain of salt until developer Game Science officially unveils the port. Having said that, ratings board leaks rarely turn out to be incorrect so while a release date is still up in the air, fans can at least be a little more hopeful regarding the missing Xbox version.
