Ahead of the launch of a limited-availability Switch Online playtest for an upcoming, unnamed Nintendo Switch game, many of the players who managed to sign up are already (and predictably) leaking details, despite requests from Nintendo to keep things private. Starting on October 10, active Switch Online users were given the opportunity to sign up for a mysterious playtest, which starts on October 23, and told not to disclose information, either from the playtest itself or a website about it, to others.

As reported by IGN, however, some players have immediately leaked details surrounding the upcoming game before the playtest even starts, as they were given access to both pre-downloading and a special informational website as of October 21. Although the playtest hasn't started yet, images from the website, such as those posted by @Ethan_ThisGuy on X, have already revealed many of the game's specifics, and have quickly been taken down by Nintendo.
