Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 will not have a platinum trophy on the PlayStation 5, it has been confirmed. While the upcoming shooter will feature a total of 44 trophies for players to collect on the platform, data that comes directly from the backend of PlayStation reveals that users will be unable to obtain a platinum trophy for Black Ops 6 because it is directly tied to the Call of Duty HQ app, which also includes the likes of Warzone, Modern Warfare 3, Black Ops Cold War, and more.

While this is most certainly bad news for trophy hunters, Black Ops 6 is still offering up a plethora of content for players to jump into when the game launches on October 25.
