A datamine of Pokémon Trading Card Game Pocket's recent update has revealed a potential schedule for future releases. The dataminer sanktanglia, who has previously worked on datamines for mobile games like Marvel Snap, found code in a recent update for Pokémon TCG Pocket that indicates the timing of two future sets.

The first set, coded as "A1a," has a suggested release date of December 16, 2024. The second set, coded as "A2," has a suggested release date of January 29, 2025. Keep in mind that this information comes from datamines and is not necessarily final or completely accurate.

Per the Reddit post from arthurmauk, "A1a" likely refers to some kind of mini-set, while "A2" refers to a full set release similar in scope to Genetic Apex, which contains 226 cards. Assuming the datamine information is accurate and remains true, Pokémon TCG Pocket's release schedule seems to aim for quarterly releases of new "main" card sets with a mini-set release six weeks after a main set comes out.
