Sony Removes Major Feature From The PlayStation 5, Leaving Some Fans Frustrated

Sony's newest update to the PlayStation 5 has left many fans confused and frustrated as it removes the 'Resume Activity' option from the menu. Over a month ago, players woke up to find that the 'Resume Activity' option was gone after the update had changed the Activity Cards on the menu.

The decision seemed to have come out of nowhere, leaving most fans baffled at best and angry, as there was no communication about why this removal was made or if it was even intentional. With the release of the newest patch, however, it appears Sony has permanently removed the option and left multitudes of fans enraged.

Zarmeena Khan at PlayStation Lifestyle noted that when she turned on her PlayStation 5 after the latest patch was released, a patch that was meant to improve activities, the 'Resume Activity' button was still gone. This solidified the idea that its removal was no mistake on Sony's part.DunnoMouse on Reddit stated, "I don't understand for the life of me why you would just randomly remove a quality of life feature that was already there, there's just no good reason to do so."
