Bungie confirms recent reports of a perk weighting issue with various legendary weapons in Destiny 2, promising a fix is currently in development. For a game like Destiny 2, part of the fun for many is the thrill of the hunt for specific loot, finding that perfect roll of stats and perks to help accentuate a certain build.

However, for some players, the advent of crafting has diminished that a bit as unlocking a weapon allowed players to make whatever they wanted rather than having to farm for it. Bungie also recognized this issue and made changes so Revenant specific weapons in Destiny 2 no longer drop with Deepsight, meaning players have to find the roll they want by looting them. However, this change has also seemingly caused players to discover a new controversy with legendary gear and perks not dropping.
