Super Mario Party Jamboree has an incredibly wholesome interaction between Bowser and Bowser Jr., highlighting their father and son relationship. Super Mario Jamboree is one of the most ambitious games in the long-running spin-off franchise, having not only many returning and brand-new boards, but also one of the largest playable character rosters in the series. Jamboree's 22 character roster has classic characters like Mario, Luigi, and Peach, to some more obscure picks like Ninji.
Both Bowser and Bowser Jr. are playable in Super Mario Party Jamboree. In past games, Bowser, ever the archnemesis, torments Mario and company, usually being behind some of the game's events or causing problems for the players involved. As such, he's not usually a playable character in the Mario Party games. The exceptions to this are Mario Party 10, as part of an exclusive Bowser Party mode in the game, and Super Mario Party, which made him a full-on playable character alongside his son. Playable Bowser returns in Super Mario Party Jamboree, while an Imposter Bowser is responsible for some of the mayhem he usually imposes on other players.
