The world of Pokemon Go reflects real life a lot closer than anyone realized, as players discover that a strange installation from the Netherlands appears in the game.

Pokemon Go’s overworld is based on Earth, but only in superficial ways. Things like bodies of water, streets, buildings, and fields are represented, but the differences between them are scant.

Those who have traveled while playing Pokemon Go can attest to how most cities look identical in the mobile game. The main difference is that capital cities and tourist spots tend to have more PokeStops than other areas.

It turns out that Pokemon Go does feature some elements of the real world that stand out from the bland green and grey plains.

A user on the Pokemon Go Reddit has reported seeing an installation from Ultrech Centraal Station in the Netherlands appear in their game.
