Hideo Kojima, the creator of massive beloved titles like Metal Gear Solid and Death Stranding, has shared an image of himself in a remote meeting with actor Keanu Reeves.
The image, shared on Hideo Kojima's X account (spotted by Automaton Media) has spurred the rumor mill to start churning about what this might mean. The image shows Kojima posing with a thumbs up in front of a large TV screen, where a smiling Keanu Reeves is holding up a peace sign.
The image is presented without context, the only caption reading "With Keanu👍" with no further explanation. The cryptic photo has launched many discussions about what the two might be up to.
Kojima's photo was largely met with excitement from the community, as well as many guesses about which project the two would be collaborating on. The most popular theory is that Keanu will be playing some role in the upcoming sequel to Death Stranding, titled Death Stranding 2: On the Beach.
