Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order takes place between episodes III and IV, following a Jedi Padawan attempting to survive after Order 66. The game spans many familiar Star Wars worlds, and some we've never seen before. Along the way, we'll see familiar characters, too. Fallen Order is focused on intense lightsaber combat, with many hands-on previews saying it has a lot of depth and challenge. You won't win all battles by just wildly swinging your lightsaber—some will take some strategy!

If you're curious about what sites have said about Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order so far, check out the previews below:

IGN was very positive about their time with the game, saying: "Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order went from being a game that I was cautiously optimistic about to a game I know I’m going to play to one hundred percent completion - and likely - one that I’ll be championing when those heated “Game of the Year” debates start springing up in a few months."

Ars Technica was positive with some tempered expectations, saying: " It's polished, it's fun, it's challenging, and it's presented with a whole lot of style. From my three hours with it, it seems like a rock-solid game. But don't expect to see any new ideas—just old ideas executed with panache."

VG247 was surprised by their time with the game, saying: "Prior to actually playing it, Fallen Order was a low-priority must-play for me. Maybe I’d wait for a price drop or deal, or wait for it to hit EA Access. After the hands-on, I know that is no longer an option. I want to play it as soon as possible. Of all the possible outcomes from a preview, that is arguably the best possible one. I just now hope the rest of the game can live up to the two planets I played."

Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order will be released on 11-15-19 for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. Currently, users are predicting that the score for Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order will land around an 83, which on OpenCritic's Review Scale makes it Strong!
