On the PlayStation Blog, a number of images for Final Fantasy VII Remake were released. They show off a number of aspects about the upcoming RPG. The first shows weapon abilities. We also see the weapon upgrade screen, and Cloud's ability to switch different battle styles. We also get to see a new summoning for the game: Chocobo and Moogle. Final Fantasy VII Remake will be released in episodes. So far, we have only seen the first episode, but Square Enix has confirmed that they are working on the second episode at the moment. Director Tetsuya Nomura addressed fans concerns on the length of the first episode, and confirmed that the team is working on the second episode of the RPG:

"Opportunities for discussing our true intentions are few, but with regard to the size of the game that many are asking about - there's no reason at all to worry. Even in this Midgar portion alone, the density and volume are so great that I had to give directions to lighten them... We've already begun working on the next one as well, but I'm confident that playing through this title will expand your expectations just like the world that extends beyond Midgar."

Length concerns began when it was revealed that the first episode of Final Fantasy VII Remake will only cover the Midgar portion of the original RPG. However, the team behind the title have promised that the first episode will be the length of a full game. This would mean that Square Enix will be adding a good amount of content in order to expand the Midgar section of the original. We will find out when Final Fantasy VII Remake releases on March 3rd, 2020.
